Training and Certification Activities:
This workshop is geared towards all levels of experience for Single and Dual Purpose Police K-9 Teams. Training and Certification will be available in areas of Patrol, Tracking, Narcotic Detection, and Explosive Detection. The State of Oklahoma’s CLEET CDS Detection Canine Team Certification will be made available during the workshop (Must possess CLEET Testing Approval Notification). Up to thirty-two (32) CLEET Accredited Training Hours are available for attendees.
You do not need to be a NAPWDA Member to attend, but you must be a CURRENT and NAPWDA Member in good standing to certify in any of the certification areas offered. PLEASE be familiar with NAPWDA By-laws and Certification Rules as they will be followed for certification purposes, NO EXCEPTIONS. A copy of the By-laws and Certification Rules will be available at the workshop and/or can be viewed at www.napwda.com

Workshop Fee: The cost of the workshop is $150.00/K9 Team made payable by check, credit card, or purchase order to the Broken Arrow Police Department. There is an additional workshop fee of $50.00 per additional dog for any K9 Handler wishing to train or test with an additional dog. Mail payment and completed Registration Form in before August 25, 2017. No refunds at all after August 25, 2017.
Explosive Detection Teams - Please respond by August 25, 2017, so that we may make the necessary arrangements for this phase.

All dogs must remain secure within a kennel crate/carrier when in the room and not under the direct supervision of the handler.
