2010 NAPWDA American Aluminum Fall Decoy Workshop
November 9th – 11th, 2010

Workshop Overview:
Police service dogs are utilized to search for, locate and subdue criminals. The dog’s ability adds a dramatic level of safety to the officers and ultimately the public they serve. To effectively provide this level of safety the dog must be conditioned to engage in active combat with a suspect in a variety of circumstances and provide sufficient pain compliance to stop the suspect’s threatening behavior. The ultimate success of a police service dog team in providing effective pain compliance, and the resulting safety of officers, is attributed directly to the knowledge and skills of the agitators utilized to train and maintain the dog. The purpose of this course will be to provide you with this knowledge and skill.

K-9 is allowed in room, but must be crated when left in room alone. You & your department will be liable for any/all damage done by your K9 partner.
